Frequently Asked Questions
Q&A
What Bugs do you treat for?
We treat for General Pests as well as-
Termites, Scorpions, Mosquitos, Bagworms, Silverfish, Bed Bugs, Fleas, and many more!
Are Your Products Safe For Pets?
While all pesticides are dangerous for living things, they are intended to kill bugs. With our professionally trained technicians you won't ever have to worry. Although there are a few products we use that will require relocation of your animals for a small amount of time, we will make you aware if the need arises!
What If I Am Seeing Rodents?
We will perform a thorough inspection of the home to see where and how the rodents are gaining entry. After the inspection we will quote you on a Rodent Exclusion to seal these holes off. After completing we will enroll you in an Annual Rodent Inspection to ensure that the holes are still sealed as well as keeping a warranty on them.
Do You Treat Lizards/Frogs?
We do not directly treat for lizards or frogs, however, by limiting their food sources with reoccurring pest control, you will begin to see less of these animals.
Are You Licensed And Insured?
Yes! All of our Pest Control Technicians are licensed through the Texas Department of Agriculture and the company is insured.
Do You Offer Commercial Pest Control?
Yes! We offer lots of options for our commercial pest control, including General Pest Control, Rodent Bait Stations, Bird Control, Snake Repellent, Sanitation Services, Kitchen Pest Control, Fly Lights, German Roach Treatments, as well as After Hours Pest Control.
Do you offer a guarantee?
We offer a 30 day warranty from time of service. However, our Annual Plans are "call back anytime."
Will I Need Follow Up Treatments?
We have a few pests in which we will require follow-up treatments to guarantee/insure proper extermination. These pests include but are not limited to German Roaches, Fleas, and Bed Bugs.
What If I Don't Want To Use Harsh Chemicals?
We also offer various Green Products as an alternate eco-friendly Pest Control. Green product works well with insects like spiders, however being that it is an oil based solution, our technician will discuss with you the areas that they recommend spraying the product.
